    Great episode. I got mentioned. Yayy~ :) Yeah the Macbook Pro I’ll hopefully buy next year.

    I’ve got some things to say about the gaming part. I think the XBOX360 you’re talking about is the XBOX360 Arcade which in my personal opinion is not good enough. The thing is it has no hard drive, just a 256mb data storage which ain’t even good enough for arcade games. Your game save files will probably exceed that amount as well. And there is no 169 USD one available. http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-14-71-bq-49-en.html :)

    Personally I would prefer a PS3, which I already have but mostly because I’ve always been a fan of the PS Console. But the 360 would be cheaper and since the new Falcon chipset was installed less instances of RROD. Most of the games are available for both consoles, even Final Fantasy XIII is going to come out for the 360 now. All I can is it’s a great time to be a gamer. And the Wii is just a novelty :)

    And yeah Dead Space has already come out for the consoles, I’m waiting for the PC version which comes out day after tomorrow. This is the one game I have been anticipating since I finished MGS4. The graphics are unbelievable and I hear it’s realllllyyy scary. 0.o

    And PSP firmware; most people use the hacked firmware so they can download games and play em’ for free (Piracy Disclaimer).

    Sorry for the long rant LOLZ, but it’s great you talked about games so just sharing my thoughts on it.

    And the podcasting site thing is a pretty cool idea. It’s time to move on from bloggin to podcasting I say.

    Oh and about V; subcorpus is the dealer eh? Send some to Malay dude. :)

    podcasts are awesome and podcasting is so much fun. you’ve got to try it, everyone is doing it! :P and you dont need expensive equipment to do a podcast.

    @maail props to ur comment

    @inerd yea, thats something we missed. but hybrid SLI thing is not new, sony notebooks have a similar technology. but these new nvidia chipsets are going to be better than intel’s current graphics. so the question is how much performance boost will these new machines deliver? that remains to be seen!

    V is in available in male’ now? hehe.. I loved the Lemon and Blackcurrent.. But wud’nt replace Red Bull :D F1 balaa gadeega red bull vareh hama neiyy inge

    @inerd, shaff: About the Macbook Pro, they DO NOT have hybrid SLI.. it’s just too GPUs.. u can switch between the the two cards.. with the power balance and power saver modes.. but u have to log out to switch between cards..

    And yeah, it’s bloody expensive.. the new macbook is just a smaller version of the new macbook pro.. the only noticeable difference is the GPU and the quality of the screen. The macbook’s screen is of low quality.. But the processor, memory and all the hardware except the GPU is nearly the same. So i guess i’ll be buying the new macbook.. the pro is too expensive.. (AUD$ 3199 here.. $100 more than US)

    And yeah, the old argument of not having software for macs is not valid any more. Almost everything is made for the mac.. and u’ll definitely be able to find better alternatives for windows apps.. jst to name a few: adium (nothing even comes close! every IM on windows tries 2 copy adium.. i use digsby on windows), keynote, time machine, quicksilver (the best mac app, prbly), growl (i wud love a fully-featured windows port).. and also, u cn install windows with boot camp, so u gt the best of both worlds.

    So shaff, we’ll be seeing u sporting a new mac some time soon eh?

    btw, at first, i too thought the new brick technology wud be expensive, as aluminium is expensive and using a whole sheet of the stuff wud be naturally exp.. but steve hama gadaee inge :)

    I prefer CrossOver to run windows applications on Mac. And to tell you the truth I tried it only once to test run a software called ‘VoipCheap’. All the things I want to do can be done without windows applications.

    I would easily go for a G1 rather then an iPhone. For me screen resolution is of lesser importance then features. Like the cool integration of google services and G1. Also like the open-ness in G1. Also since I am soo much in love with the QWERTY keyboard (I have a Treo 750 now) too, I just can’t live without it.

    Many reasons bro. :)
